Free Shipping and Excluded Areas in the UK:
Free shipping is offered to Mainland UK customers, with exceptions on some large/bulky items to remote and island locations. If we need to charge you for delivery on these items, you will see the delivery cost options at check out. Overseas customers please contact us for International delivery options if the system informs you that we do not ship to your country of residence.
UK delivery zones are divided into:
Zone 1 England, Wales, and scotland (Excluding Highland and Islands) FREE SHIPPING ON EVERYTHING
Zone 2 Highland and Isles of Scotland Surcharges Apply on items over 2kg
Zone 3 N Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly Surcharges Apply on items over 2kg
Isle of Wight PO30-41 codes attract £7.40 per consignment over 2kg. If your orders need to be shipped in two or more boxes (due to size limit), you will be charged accordingly.
Channel Islands are classified into EURO zones
We use Royal Mail and other couriers for dispatching your orders. Stock items will normally take between 2-5 working days to arrive if sent via Royal Mail, and usually 1-2 working days if dispatched via courier. Courier service is usually used for larger items such as splitter, spoiler, bumper, bootlid etc.
If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will normally contact you by phone or email within 48 hours to confirm the status with you and inform an approx. lead time. If multiple items have been ordered we will discuss with you about the best shipping option for your order.
Free delivery to most mainland UK post codes, but for bulk items courier surcharges will apply if you live in N Ireland, Scotland, Island and other remoate locations. If you are unsure please contact us by phone or email before placing your order.
Return Policy
Can I return goods?
Yes, you can return your purchase (except special order or custom order) but you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. And goods must be returned within 30 days after the returns claim is authorised. Please note special order and custom made products cannot be returned/refunded unless arrangement has been made with us.
Items must be securely wrapped and returned to our office in order for the claim to be processed.
We are unable to process refund or exchange if item(s) are returned in damaged/used condition.
Please note that special order and custom made products CANNOT be returned nor refunded, unless special written authorisation has been arranged by us. A return handling charge will be imposed if we agree to accept a return of a special order/custom order parts. Return and Exchange of Goods
Should you wish to return or exchange an item you must inform us within 7 days from date of delivery and obtain a goods return/exchange email confirmation. If you contact us by phone we will discuss your request with you and advise the next step. Return or exchange of goods can only be accepted if you have contacted us for this request. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, customers are responsible for all return posting and handling charges and goods must be returned with all the fittings and instructions in a re-saleable condition. Goods returned incomplete or with torn or damaged suppliers packing will be returned to you and postage charged. We recommend you use insured service in case of damage in transit, as we cannot exchange or refund for goods returned in damaged condition. Unless goods are faulty the initial postage and packaging fee cannot be refunded.
Products from certain brands such as MST, BC Racing, Eisenmann, aFe Power, BMS (the list is not exhaustive), and any other Special Order/Non-Stock items are non-returnable. When we receive your order we will usually contact you if your order is out of stock and provide an ETA.
For any exchange item(s) to be sent out prior to the return of initial ordered item(s), SSDD Motorsport is to charge a refundable deposit according to each individual exchange items. This refundable deposit can be up to 100% of the exchange item(s)' value. This refundable deposit can only be refunded when the initial ordered item(s) returned to our office within 30 days of the send out of exchange item(s).
Non-stock items and branded products such as BMW, BC Racing, MST, etc oin our website are treated as special order items and is non returnable unless faulty or agreed to be returned by us and the supplier.
Please note we do not refund Payal Seller's transaction fees if you pay by Paypal if return is for reasons such as unwanted or purchased by mistake etc.

Refund to: expired cards:
Refunds can only be processed back to your original payment account/method, this is to ensure the refund goes back to the correct place and avoid unnecessary problems. Most of the time, if you've had a replacement card for the same account the refund will go into your account automatically and you won't need to do anything.
If your account is closed or you've had a replacement card and the refund still isn't appearing in your account after 14 working days, please contact your card issuer. They'll be holding the funds for you and will be able to arrange a transfer to your new account. Unfortunately, we can't reclaim the money and issue the refund to a new card for you.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. If shipping option is not available to your country on our website, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Please note we do not refund international shipping cost nor return postage cost should you wish to make an exchange or return.
International customers have 10 working days from receiving your order to inform us for any return/exchange request.
European shipping does not include island locations. This can be quoted manually on request.

Can I make an exchange?
If you purchased an incorrect product or ordered something by mistake, and wish to make an exchange, there is a charge to cover the admin and postage from us to yourself if we are to send you a replacement. You are responsible for paying and sending the original item back to us in its original packaging and in unused and re-sellable condition. We will not be able to exchange or refund for items returned to us in used or damaged condition.
We recommend you send the goods by recorded delivery and we accept no liability for goods posted by you but not received by us. We also reserve the right to charge a handling/re packing charge on returned items.
If you are swapping a product for an item of greater value, we will send request to you to make further payment.
Refund or exchange cannot be given to items that are special order or on special offer, or custom made/custom painted to order items. If we agree to accept a return of a special order/custom made parts we reserve the right to charge an re-stocking/admin fee but this must be agreed with us in advance.
Due to the nature of some of the products we offer, sometimes it is not possible to give an exact delivery time. Orders normally cannot be cancelled/refunded simply there is a delay on the estimated delivery time. We try our best to give the most accurate ETA for your order at all times.
What happen if your good is faulty?
You can return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days. Please see below "How to notify us of a return or refund" for the claim process. Goods must be returned to us for a claim to be processed.
After 30 days from delivery - We will repair or replace the faulty item. If repair is not able to resolve the problem, we will offer a refund.
After 6 months from delivery - Please note that we cannot process any Refund nor Exchange if there is no valid warranty. If the item is under warranty period, We will replace the faulty part or exchange.
Please note that SSDD Motorsport Limited does not take any liability for any damages that caused by wear and tear or product installation not carried out by professionals.
This does not affect your consumer rights.
You MUST notify us any damaged or incorrect item(s) that you have received, no later than 7 working days after you have signed for the delivery. This is required for us to promptly raise a valid claim with the shipping companies for any items delivered incorrectly or damaged in transit. After this period your claim may be rejected due to exceeding claim time limit. Please note: After 6 months, no refund claim can be processed unless a waranty is provided by the manufacturer at time of ordering.

How to notify us for a return or make a claim:
To make a claim, please email us on info@ssdd-motorsport.com and supply the following:
1) State clear of your order number, your name and the claim item.
2) Clearly state your the reason of claim.
3) In event of faulty goods, please state full description of the fault clearly. For electronic parts, please state clearly on how/when did the fault happen.
4) Evidence is required for any claim related to damages during delivery or fault on item(s) i.e. Photograph or video of damages on item(s)*, damages on package(s) **
5) Purchased item must be returned to us for inspection before a claim can be processed.
* & **, photos must show clearly the damage(s) as well as the location of the damage(s), ideally please send us a overall shot as well as zoom in shots.
Return Postage:
Buyers will be responsible for return postage. We recommend using a trackable service with insurance to return any unwanted goods back to us. We cannot exchange or refund any goods returned in damaged or used condition. If possible please retain and reuse all original packaging.
What other information shall I send with any returned goods?
Please send us a note with your name and address and the order number, this can be found in the e-mail receipt you get after you place your order online.
EU Tax Rules Change:
After BREXIT, all export orders from UK to Europe and EU might be subject to your country's import regulations. You might incur import charges and duty and taxes before or after receiving your order. This charge is levied by your country's government and you are responsible for paying such charges. By making a purchase from us you agree to the above terms.
