This MUST be activated upon purchase by sending us an email (or directly reply to your order confirmation) stating your order number, your car's full UK registration or VIN (for overseas customers) together with the current mileage on the car. Once received we will forward the details to the manufacturer to have the parts warranty activated on file. Failing to provide this information will result in your warranty not being activated and any future claims voided. 2. BMW GENUINE PARTS are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. To raise a claim please contact us for your original authorised dealer purchase proof/warranty invoice. You will need to take this proof of purchase to your local authorised BMW dealer to have the claim processed by them. Vehicle registration/VIN and mileage information are required at time of purchasing and at time of warranty claim. If you did not provide this information upon purchase your warranty cannot be validated. You will also need to provide proof to show the parts were installed by professional personnel if this information is required by the local dealer.
