Eisenmann system is handbuilt to order in Germany, the usual lead time would be 4-6 weeks but can be upto 12 weeks.
Also available with optional parts:
EISENMANN CONNECTING PIPES (allow you to install the rear system without having to cut and weld onto the origial system)
